Advanced Maintenance Technologies
We are centrally located in the Dayton-Cincinnati Ohio area and specialize in VIBRATION ANALYSIS of rotating equipment complimented by the use of other predictive technologies to determine and monitor the health of machinery and the "early prediction" of potential problems (faults) of equipment. We have more than 30 years experience working within a predictive/planned maintenance structure and more than 20 years experience in vibration analysis and the use of other technologies such as infrared, laser alignment and ultra sound. Many years of our experience were spent “working in the trenches” on the factory floor performing predictive technologies and the repairs of problems found. Our diverse experience backgrounds range from Journeyman Millwright/Welder Mechanics to Supervision of Planned/Predictive Maintenance Programs of large global corporations. We provide vibration analysis and condition monitoring services for companies ranging in size from small municipal water treatment facilities to large global corporations such as General Motors Corporation in the setup and maintaining of vibration analysis and total planned/predictive maintenance programs. We have extensive experience performing acceptance testing and the certification of new or rebuilt equipment such as fans/air handlers, pumps, generators and gear drives using industrial vibration standards to assure quality of operation. We specialize in the setup of new condition-based maintenance and planned/predictive maintenance programs.
Advanced Maintenance Technologies uses only the “best and proven” maintenance methods and state-of-the-art equipment available today for the purpose of monitoring the condition and health of equipment. We are proud associate consultants for Heartland Industrial Solutions, located in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. They are the exclusive representatives for LUDECA, INC. in the states of ILLINOIS, KENTUCKY, and OHIO. They offer state-of-the-art maintenance tools and laser measurement instruments for the proper alignment of shafts for rotating equipment. They are also proud to be suppliers of state-of-the-art VIBRATION DATA COLLECTORS and FIELD ANALYZERS to determine and monitor the health of rotating machinery.
